Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in all original packaging and seals.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and personal-care items (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
• Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable/digital products.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions (including pickup or drop-off details).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/freebies.

Refunds

• After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
• If a coupon/discount was applied, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

• Free shipping may apply above a threshold advertised on the website (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

• If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the carrier may schedule a new attempt and additional fees could apply.
• Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate at Checkout. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
